Beautiful countryside is an important part of Beautiful China. Accelerating rural ecologi- cal environment governance has become one of the important tasks in the construction of the beautiful countryside. Particularity of the rural ecological environment provides possibility for the effect of folk regulations in the governance of rural environment. In order to make the folk regulations play a full role in the rural ecological environment governance, it is necessary to develop scientific folk regula- tions to meet the development needs of modern society. It is essential to establish and improve the e- valuation system after the enactment of folk regulations to make its continuous development and im- provement in practice. In the field of grassroots judicial, we can use folk regulations to resolve dis- putes in rural environment.
