我国农村水环境综合治理思路及建议

Approaches and suggestions for integrated management of water environment in rural areas of China

随着农业生产方式的改变以及城镇化和工业化的发展,我国农村水环境污染日益严重。针对当前农村污染治理防控水平较低的现状,深入分析农村水环境污染原因和管理体制问题,研究提出了我国农村水环境整治的基本思路和政策建议。

Along with changes of agricultural production methods and fast development of urbanization and industrialization, water environment pollution tends to increasingly severe in rural areas of China. Confronting the situation of low level of pollution control in rural areas at present, in-depth analysis is made on causes of pollution as well as defects of management system. Further studies are conducted on basic principles and policy suggestions for water environment restoration in rural areas of China.
