摘要
随着经济社会的快速发展,工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化的快速推进及深度融合,水文工作面临着新的机遇和挑战。宁夏水文工作一直致力于发挥专业优势,为水利发展及经济社会发展提供服务。通过分析宁夏水文工作现状及存在的问题、面临的形势,提出要发展现代水文、智慧水文、社会水文、城市水文、农业水文,同时提出了相应措施。
Hydrological development faces both new opportunities and challenges along with fast development of economy and society as well as deep integration of industrialization, informatization, urbanization and agricultural modernization in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Giving full play of its advantages, hydrological works or tools can provide professional services for water development and economic and social development. On the basis of evaluation of current issues and conditions, measures are proposed with a focus on modernization, smart hydrology and socialized hydrology as well as city and agriculture-oriented hydrology.
