摘要
以对苯二甲酸与己二胺为原料,以水作为溶剂合成对苯二甲酸己二胺(6T)盐,研究了N2条件、反应温度对成盐速度及6T盐品质的影响,并测定了不同温度下6T盐在水中的溶解度,从而确定最佳合成工艺条件;通过傅立叶变换红外分析(FTIR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、元素分析表征其化学结构,确定合成的化合物即为目标产物,且纯度高。
Taking terephthalic acid and hexamethylenediamine as raw materials, hexamethylenediamine salt of terephthalic acid (6T) was synthesized with water as the solvent. The effect of nitrogen atmosphere and reaction temperature on the salt formation rate and the quality of 6T salt was studied. The solubility of 6T salt at different temperatures was also determined, so the optimum synthesis conditions were summarized. The chemical structure of 6T salt was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy (1H-NMR) and elemental analysis. The results show that the compound was the target product with high purity.
