摘要
建立了用于塑料供水管道中短链氯化石蜡(SCCPs)含量测定的气相色谱法。采用N、N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)作为溶剂,超声萃取法对塑料供水管道中的SCCPs进行萃取;然后经弗罗里硅土固相萃取净化处理后在氢气及催化剂下使SCCPs转化为对应的直链烷烃,最后用气相色谱仪(FID检测器)分析,以内标标准曲线法定量。结果表明,在本研究范围内标准曲线呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9997,加标回收率在89.50%-98.70%之间,相对标准偏差小于3%,方法检测低限为10mg/kg。
Gas chromatograph was applied to determine short chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) in plastic water supply pipes. SCCPs was extracted by ultrasonic exaraction using DMF as the solvate. Then SCCPs was transformed into the corresponding straight-chain paraffins under the catalyst as well as hydrogen after dealt with solid phase extraction by Florisil. At last, gas chromatograph (GC-FID detector) was applied to detect it, while the internal standard curve method was used to quantify it. The results show that the method is linear with the range of the study herein with the correlation coefficient of 0. 999 7. The values recovery is 89. 50% to 98.70%. The relative standard deviation is less than 3%, and the limit of detection for the assay is 10 mg/kg.
