共混时间对UHMWPE/LDPE共混物的流变性能及力学性能影响研究

摘要 通过熔融共混技术制备得到超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)/低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)共混物,研究了共混时间对共混物的微观形态、流变特性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着共混时间的增加,UHMWPE和LDPE相容性得到明显改善,同时共混物的断裂伸长率显著增加,但UHMWPE/LDPE(50/50)共混物的表观黏度逐渐升高,流动性能下降。 Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE)/low density polyethylene (LDPE) blends were prepared by melt blending .method. Effects of blending time on the morphology, rheological and meehartieal properties of hlertds were determined. The results show that with the increase in blending time, both the compatibility of UHMWPE and LDPE and the elongation at break of the UHMWPE/LDPE blend are improved significantly. However the apparent viscosity of the UHMWPE/PP (50/50) blend increases at the same time, which reasuhs in the worse fluidity of UHMWPE.
