摘要
利用湿法成型技术制备了超高摩尔质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维纸,并对制备的纸的形貌、热稳定性、强度性能、孔径进行了分析。结果表明,制备的UHMWPE纤维纸的孔径分布均匀,94%以上在22-26μm之间;结晶区比例比原纤维大,熔点、热分解温度比原纤维高,热稳定性更好;强度性能比现有的多种高性能纤维纸的强度更好。
Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber paper was prepared by wet process, and the morphology, thermal stability, strength and pore size of the prepared paper were analyzed. Experimental results show that the pore size distribution of the prepared UHMWPE fiber paper is uniform, and more than ninety-four percent of the pore size is within 22 μm to 26 μm. The proportion of crystalline area is larger than that of the raw fiber, the melting, point and thermal decomposition temperature are higher than that of the raw fiber, and the thermal stability is better. The strength is better than that of the existing high performance fiber paper.
