造纸法再造烟叶原料吸水润胀特性及其对提取效果的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了不同温度下烟末和烟梗在水中吸水润胀后体积的变化情况,结合提取正交实验的结果分析原料吸水润胀情况对其提取效果产生的影响。结果表明,随着时间和温度的增加,烟末和烟梗体积逐渐上升,浸泡时间达到90min,50℃、60℃、70℃下每100g烟末的体积从583ml分别增大到1073ml、1063ml和1147ml;同样条件下烟梗的体积从383ml分别增大到860ml、867ml和917ml。烟梗吸水润胀,可提取物质能够更容易接触到溶剂,所以随时间增加,提取率快速升高。而烟末有很大一部分在溶剂液面以上而不能得到有效提取,因此影响了其提取效果。 Volume change of tobacco fines and stem in water with different temperature was studied. The effect of swelling properties of these materials on extraction was also researched through the results of orthogonal experiment. The results showed that along with the increasing of time and temperature, volume of tobacco ifnes and stem increased signiifcantly. When soaking time lasted up to 90 min, volume of every 100g tobacco fines increased to 1073ml, 1063ml and 1147ml from 583ml with the temperature of 50℃, 60℃ and 70℃ respectively. In the same condition, volume of every 100g tobacco stem increased to 860ml, 867ml and 917ml from 383ml. Extractable material in tobacco stem was easy to contact solvent because of swelling, so extraction ratio rose notably as the time increased. However, increasing trend of extraction ratio of tobacco fines was affected because the great proportion of the material was above the level of solvent.
