摘要
超声波早已被大量研究证明其在环境治理、生物造影、通讯定位等领域的作用。超声化学的创立和研究为传统纺织印染行业注入了新的活力,开拓了新思路。其在湿加工方面如退浆、精炼、漂白、染色、印花、后整理等的运用已有成效。此外,随着纳米科学的发展,纳米整理、纳米染色、纳米印花等技术不断涌现。超声波加工在纺织印染的应用已经被证实具有节能、缩短时间、减少化学品用量等优势。国内外相关研究了利用超声化学法将功能化纳米物质与纺织材料底物结合的新方法,包括纳米颗粒的原位超声合成、纳米材料与底物的超声复合等。总结从过去传统的超声加工到新型超声化学在纺织印染领域的研究成果,提出超声加工在纺织印染领域的研究方向。
The ultrasound have been studied in areas such as environmental remediation, biological imaging and communication location. The establishment and intensive investigation of ultrasonic chemistry has injected new vigor for the traditional textile and dyeing industry, broaden new ideas. The ultrasound technology was successfully applied in wet processing such as scouring, desizing, dyeing, printing bleaching and finishing. With the development of nano-science, nano-dyeing and nano-printing appeared. The utilization of ultrasound in textile industry was approved to have such advantages as reduction of energy, chemicals and time. Functional nano-material and textile substrate material have been combined by ultrasonic method, including functional nanoparticles in-situ synthesis and nano-materials combination with substrate by ultrasonic. The research results were concluded from the past traditional ultrasonic technology and the new ultrasonic chemistry in the field of textile printing and dyeing. The further research for ultrasonic in textile printing and dyeing was also proposed.
