后肢接振对家兔后肢骨骼肌组织生化酶活力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究不同强度后肢接振对家兔血清肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)活力、CK同工酶活力、乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)活力及骨骼肌组织中ATP酶活力影响。方法将新西兰大白兔随机分成3个振动强度组和1个对照组,3个振动强度组以不同强度的接振实验。实验结束后,测定并比较家兔血清CK活力、CK同工酶活力、LDH活力及骨骼肌组织中ATP酶活力。结果与对照组比较,3个强度组血清中CK活力、LDH活力、CK-MM活力及高强度组CK-BB活力均明显增高﹙P<0.05,P<0.01﹚;3个强度组Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP酶活力均明显降低﹙P<0.05,P<0.01﹚。结论高强度的局部振动所造成的骨骼肌生化酶的改变,是骨骼肌早期损伤表现或应激性反应,并可能是急性振动性骨骼肌损伤的早期指标。 Objective To explore the effects on biochemical enzyme activities related with skeletal muscle tissue in rabbits vibrated with hind legs and its meanings. Methods The New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three vibration-intensity groups and one control groups. Three vibration-intensity groups were tested by vibration of different intensities with hind legs. After the test, the creatine kinase ( CK ) activity, CK isohyet activity,lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in serum and ATPase activity in skeletal muscle tissue were measured. Results Compared with the control group, the serum CK activity, LDH activity and CK-MM of serum in 3 vibration-intensity groups and CK-BB activity of serum in high-intensity group increased signifi- cantly (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01), whereas the activities of Nat -K~ -ATPase and Ca2+ -Mg2+ -ATPase of skeletal muscle tissue in three vibration-intensity groups decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Lo- cal vibration could result in the changes of biochemical enzyme activity related with skeletal muscle tissue, which were related with injury or stress response of skeletal muscle. Those may be an early indicator of acute skeletal injury induced by segmental vibration.
