带膜支架联合化疗治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察

Clinical observation of membrane-coated stent combined chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

目的 分析晚期食管癌患者实施带膜支架联合化疗的临床效果。方法 从我院2012年5月~2014年3月收治的晚期食管癌患者中随机抽选实施化疗的30例作为对照组,实施带膜支架联合化疗的30例作为研究组,评定疾病治疗结束后的效果。结果 研究组治疗后6个月、9个月、12个月的生存率分别为96.7%、86.7%、80.0%,对照组分别为80.0%、63.3%、53.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组并发症发生率为6.7%,对照组并发症发生率为26.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论 临床给予晚期食管癌患者带膜支架联合化疗的治疗方法效果突出,可提高患者生存率,预防并发症,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of membrane-coated stent combined chemotherapy in the treat- ment of patients with advanced esophageal cancer. Methods 30 cases were randomly selected to receive chemotherapy from the patients with advanced esophageal cancer who were admitted in our hospital from May 2012 to March 2014 as the control group and 30 cases who were given membrane-coated stent combined chemotherapy were selected as the study group. The effect after treatment was evaluated. Results The survival rate of 6 months, 9 months and 12 months of the patients from the study group were respectively 96.7%, 86.7%and 80.0%, while that of the control group were 80.0%, 63.3% and 53.3%. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of mem- brane-coated stent combined chemotherapy shows promising effect in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal cancer, increases the survival rate and prevents complications, which deserves clinical recommendation.
