功能磁共振成像在轻度认知障碍患者中的应用研究进展

摘要 轻度认知障碍是介于痴呆与正常的老年性脑部退化之间的一种类型,通常被认为是阿尔茨海默病的早期阶段。由于轻度认知障碍与正常老年性脑部退化都存在记忆力减退,而目前评价轻度认知障碍的方法都有一定的主观性,且受患者及诊断者自身因素影响较大。功能磁共振具有脑部功能成像及解剖成像的特点,能够很好地显示脑部的病理改变,可以通过测量相应病变区域治疗前后的相关影像学数值改变,能为轻度认知障碍的患者诊断提供客观的评价标准。 Mild cognitive impairment is a type of between dementia and normal age-related brain degeneration, is of- ten thought of as the early stage of Alzheimer's disease. Because the memory of mild cognitive impairment and normal age-related brain degeneration is loss, and the evaluation method of mild cognitive impairment have certain subjectivity, greatly influenced by patients and diagnose its own factors.fMRI has the characteristics of brain functional imaging and anatomical imaging, can display well pathological changes of the brain can be measured by corresponding numerical change lesion area of imaging before and after the treatment, to provide patients with mild cognitive impairment in the diagnosis of objective evaluation criteria.
