支气管肺泡灌洗在重症肺炎患者治疗中的价值临床研究

Bronchoalveolar Lavage in Patients with Severe Pneumonia is a Value in the Treatment of Clinical Studies

目的研究支气管肺泡灌洗对重症肺炎患者的治疗表现,根据临床现实病案资料,判断支气管肺泡灌洗的应用价值。方法随机选取2010年1月~2015年12月收治的60例重症肺炎患者,对照组30例患者常规治疗,观察组30例患者采用支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,对比治疗效果。结果研究组,治愈18例、好转11例、无效1例,治疗有效率96.67%,患者各项生理指标得到显著改善,情况优于对照组,治愈10例、好转15例、无效5例,治疗有效率83.33%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论支气管肺泡灌洗可以提升优化临床对重症患者的治疗服务,从本质上提高治疗效率、效果,满足临床医疗需求。

Objective To study the bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of patients with severe pneumonia,according to clinical reality medical record data,determine the application value of the bronchoalveolar lavage. Methods Randomly selected from a hospital in January 2010- December 2015,60 cases of patients with severe pneumonia,the conventional treatment control group of 30 patients,observation group of 30 cases were treated by bronchoalveolar lavage treatment,compare the treatment effect. Results The team,to cure 18 cases,improvement in 11 cases,1 had no effect,the treatment effectiveness 96. 67%,the physiological indexes patient were markedly improved,better than control group,15 cases,10 cases were cured,improved in 5 cases,treatment effectiveness 83. 33%,the difference statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Bronchoalveolar lavage can improve clinical treatment for patients with severe service optimization,improve the effect of treatment efficiency,from the essence,meet the demand of clinical medical.
