米索前列醇联合缩宫素在子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用观察

Application of Misoprostol Combined with Oxytocin Used in the Myomectomy

目的观察不同药物在子宫肌瘤剔除术中的应用效果。方法取子宫肌瘤患者共120例,随机分为两组,A组术中使用缩宫素局部肌注,B组术前使用米索前列醇600 ug阴道上药,且术中使用缩宫素局部肌肉注射。结果两组均能完整剔除子宫肌瘤,B组的手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症的发生率均明显优于A组(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤剔除术前米索前列醇阴道上药同时术中使用缩宫素局部注射可以明显减少出血量,降低术后并发症,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of different drugs in the myomectomy. Methods 120 patients with uterine myoma were selected and randomly divided into two groups. A group was observed with focal injection of Oxytocin. B group was used of 600 ug misoprostol in preoperative vagina,and then Oxytocin was injected in hystero- myomectomy. Results The uterine myoma were totally removed in two groups. The blood loss and the time of the operation in the B group was less than A group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the co- mplication rate was less than A group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Misoprostol combined with oxytocin can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding and the complication rate,it is worth promoting.
