微波联合云南白药和甲硝唑治疗宫颈糜烂疗效分析

Microwave with Yunnan Baiyao and Metronidazole Therapy Efficacy Analysis of Cervical Erosion

目的探索研究应用微波联合云南白药以及甲硝唑治疗宫颈糜烂的临床作用和效果。方法将收治的宫颈糜烂患者88例作为研究对象并予以分组治疗,对照组44例均予以微波治疗,研究组44例均予以微波联合云南白药以及甲硝唑粉剂治疗。将结果进行对比。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率高达95.45%,明显超过对照组的81.82%(P<0.05);研究组阴道流血时间及其创面愈合时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用微波联合云南白药以及甲硝唑针对宫颈糜烂患者实施治疗,其临床效果显著,能够有效促进患者预后,具有极大的推广应用价值。

Objective Explore application of combined yunnan baiyao microwave as well as the function and effect of metronidazole in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods To our hospital 88 cases of cervical erosion patients as the research object and treatment group,control group in 44 cases with microwave treatment,the team in 44 cases with microwave combined therapy with yunnan baiyao and metronidazole powder. The results were compared. Results Team clinical total effective rate is as high as 95. 45%,more than 81. 82% in the control group significantly（ P 〈 0. 05）;Group at the time of vaginal bleeding and wound healing time were significantly less than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusions Application of combined yunnan baiyao and metronidazole microwave treatment for cervical erosion patients and its clinical effect is remarkable,can effectively promote the patient prognosis,has great value of popularization and application.
