心理护理在减轻耳鼻喉部手术术后疼痛程度的应用体会

Experience of Psychological Nursing in Reducing the Pain after the Ear,Nose and Throat Surgery

目的心理护理在减轻耳鼻喉部手术术后疼痛程度的应用体会。方法分析2015年2月~2016年2月行耳鼻喉部手术的104例患者临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组52例患者。对照组患者采用术后给予常规护理,观察组患者术后给予针对性的心理护理,对比两组患者术后疼痛程度。结果观察组患者24 h、48 h疼痛评分、72 h疼痛药使用率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者疼痛分级对比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论耳鼻喉部手术术后给予心理护理干预,可明显减轻患者疼痛,有利于患者的康复。

Objective The psychological nursing to reduce postoperative pain of otolaryngology at the level of application experience. Methods Retrospective analysis in February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital during the surgery of otolaryngology at the line of the clinical data of 104 patients,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,52 patients in each group. Control group were treated by postoperatively routine nursing,postoperative observation group patients give pertinent psychological nursing,compared two groups of patients with postoperative pain.Results The observation group of patients pain score,24 h,48 h,72 h pain medicine utilization rate is significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）; Observation group of patients pain grading comparison,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Surgery of otolaryngology at the given psychological nursing intervention,patients can obviously reduce pain,beneficial to the recovery of patients.
