不同护理措施预防危重型颅脑损伤治疗期发生压疮的对比研究

Different Nursing Measures to Prevent Severe Type Craniocerebral Injury of the Comparison of the Treatment Period Occurs Bedsore

目的研究不同措施预防危重型颅脑损伤治疗期发生压疮的影响表现,根据临床病案资料对比结果,判断最佳的护理措施。方法随机选取2010年1月~2015年12月收治100例危重型颅脑损伤治疗期患者,对照组30例,接受常规护理,研究组70例,采用综合性护理干预,对比两组患者治疗期发生压疮的次数,及最终压疮的预防表现。结果研究组,3例褥疮,一期压疮2例、二期压疮1例,压疮发生率4.29%,情况优于对照组;对照组,5例,一期压疮3例、二期压疮1例、三期压疮1例,亚疮发生率16.67%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合性护理干预可以提高危重型颅脑损伤患者在治疗期发生压疮的频率,即使发生压疮也可控制褥疮的严重程度。

Objective To study the different measures to prevent severe type craniocerebral injury occurs bedsore performance,the influence of the treatment period according to the results of clinical medical record data comparison,determine the best nursing measures. Methods Randomly selected from our hospital in January 2010 ~ December 2015 treated 100 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients with the treatment period,30 cases of control group accepted routine nursing care,group 70 examples,USES the comprehensive nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients occurs bedsore the number of the treatment period,and finally the bedsore prevention performance. Results Team,3cases of bedsore,the issue of pressure ulcers in 2 cases,secondary bedsore in 1 case,4. 29% incidence of pressure ulcers,situation is better than the control group; First phase of the control group,5 cases,bedsore（ 3 cases）,secondary bedsore in 1 case,phase iii bedsore in 1 case,16. 67% incidence of pressure ulcers,statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the critically ill patients with craniocerebral injury in the treatment of the frequency of the phase occurs bedsore,even occurs bedsore is to control the extent of bedsore.
