品管圈对提高昏迷病人留置胃管成功率的影响

Quality Control Circle(QCC) in Improving the Success Rate of Gastric Tube Indwelling with Patients in Coma

目的昏迷病人安置胃管时因各种因素导致成功率很低,一次性成功率更低。通过全员参与品管圈质量管理,纠正昏迷病人安置胃管时的不良因素,大大提高了成功率,减轻了病人的痛苦,体现了人文关怀,提高了护理质量。方法科室通过成立品管圈,运用品管圈分析工具,查找失败因素,全员参与质量分析,加强理论知识学习与技术培训。结果昏迷病人安置胃管成功率从78%提高到了90%。结论品管圈活动大大提高了全员参与质量管理的积极性,集思广益,减轻病人痛苦,满足病人需要,提高了病人及家属对护理质量的满意度。

Objective Due to various factors,the success rate of gastric tube indwelling with patients in coma is very low,one- time success rate is much lower. Therefore,we propose through involving full Quality Control Circle（ QCC）to eliminate the harmful effects,greatly improving the success rate,reducing the suffering of patients and enhancing the nursing service significantly. Methods Through establishing the quality control circle of department and using quality circles analytical tools to lookup the failure factors. All nurses participate in the quality management and strengthen the skills training. Results The success rate of gastric tube indwelling with patients in coma rises from 78% to 90%. Conclusions QCC activities have greatly enhanced the sense of full participation in quality management,alleviating the suffering of patients and highly improving patient and family satisfaction with the quality of nursing.
