超音速火焰喷涂WC-10Co-4Cr和CoCrW涂层的微动磨损特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为提高Incone1690合金管的耐磨性,在Incone1690合金管外表面,采用超音速火焰喷涂技术(HVOF)制备WC-10Co-4Cr和CoCrw两种涂层,管状试样与1Crl3圆柱体配副件以“十”字交叉接触方式,位移幅值为100~200岬;法向载荷为30—90N;频率为2Hz;循环次数为3×10^4次;环境温度为室温,在PLINT微动磨损试验机上进行微动磨损试验。试验结果表明:载荷一定时,涂层的摩擦系数随着位移的增加而变大。两种涂层的耐磨性均显著优于Incone1690合金;WC-10Co-4Cr涂层的耐磨性略优于CoCrW涂层。清洗后的磨痕表面存在剥落坑和剥层现象,两种涂层的磨损机制主要是剥层和磨粒磨损为主。 In order to improve the wear of Incone1690 alloy, High Velocity Oxy-Fuel (HVOF) spraying technique was used to achieve the WC-10Co-4Cr and CoCrW coatings on the surface of Incone1690 alloy tube. The fretting wear behavior of the coatings tube in contact with crossed 1Cr13 cylindrical sample has been investigated on the PLINT fretting wear tester. Different experimental conditions have been taken into consideration, (i.e. tangential displacement amplitudes range from 100 lain to 200μm, normal loads range from 30 N to 90 N, fretting frequency at 2 Hz, cycles at 3× 10^4, environmental temperature at 25 ℃). The experimental results show that when the normal load unchanged, with the displacement amplitude increasing, the friction coefficient of the coatings become large. The two coatings wear resistance is significantly better than Incone1690 alloy. And WC-10Co-4Cr coating slightly better than CoCrW. After cleaning, a lot of flaking pits and delamination are showed up on the worn surface according to surface morphological analysis. The main wear damage mechanism of coatings is abrasive wear and delamination.
