基于碳纤维增强塑料的注塑成型过程分析与研究 被引量:2

摘要 以汽车内储物箱盖的成型过程为实验对象,主要研究了碳纤维复合增强塑料在注塑成型过程中模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间、V/P转换体积对注塑成型的充填时间的参数分析,还分析了成型过程中各参数对材料的机械性能的影响。使用控制变量法进行参数取值,分析了注塑时间与填充时间的变化趋势,零件温度与模具温度的变化趋势;研究了模具温度、熔体温度、注射时间、冷却温度等工艺参数对纤维取向的影响。研究结果取得一些合理的工艺参数和注塑成型过程质量的影响规律。 The molding process of the car storage compartment lid as experimental subjects, the main research of carbon fiber reinforced plastic composite in the injection molding process, mold temperature, melt temperature, injection time, V/P conversion volume on filling time of injection molding parameter analysis, also analyzed the influence of the molding process parameters on the mechanical properties of the material. The parameter value using the control variable method to analyze the trends over time of injection and filling time, the temperature change of parts and mold temperature; study the mold temperature, melt temperature, injection time, cooling temperature and other process parameters on fiber orientation influences. The results obtained some reasonable process parameters and the quality of the injection molding process of the influence.
