摘要
超高纯氮液化装置中的关键设备是铝制板翅式换热器,由于超高纯氮介质的纯度非常高,达到ppb级,这就对铝制板翅式换热器产品通道内部的清洁度提出了非常高的要求。概述了在超高纯氮液化装置铝制板翅式换热器的研制过程中,如何采取相应的结构以及工艺措施来提高换热器产品流道内部的清洁度,确保装置投入运行后能在最短的周期内获得纯度合格产品。
The aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger is the critical equipment in the ultra-high purity nitrogen liquify unit, due to the ultra-high purity of the nitrogen stream, as much as ppb grade, it bring up a requirement of a good state of cleanliness in the inner passage of the aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger. This article mainly summarize, when developing the aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger in ultra-high purity nitrogen liquify unit, how to take the appropriate structure and technics to heighten the cleanliness of the inner passage of the aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger, so to ensure that it can reach the target purity of the product in a shortest time after operation.
