具有锁紧装置的压杠可调式迷你伞塔座椅设计研究

摘要 为了解决现有迷你伞塔座椅存在的压杠无法调节、锁紧装置不够完善的问题,设计了一种具有锁紧装置的压杠可调式迷你伞塔座椅。采用双螺纹伸缩杆机构来实现压杠位置的自由调节,可适应不同体型乘客的乘坐需求;采用一种防触机械锁机构能可靠锁紧压杠,防止压杠摆动,并可有效防止乘客误触。该迷你伞塔座椅结构简单、成本低、调节精度高、锁紧可靠,能够有效地改善乘坐舒适性,并可靠保护乘客安全。 To overcome the shortcomings of the mini parachute jumping tower's seat, such as the unadjustable pressure bar and its retaining mechanism's imperfections, an adjustable pressure bar type seat with a new retaining mechanism was proposed and designed. Using dual extension rods lets the pressure bar's position can be adjusted freely according to the passenger's body. Besides, a retaining mechanism, which can prevent touch, was incorporated to ensure the pressure bar's reliable lock, prevent the pressure bar's swing and the passenger's accidental contact. The designed mini parachute jumping tower's seat is characterized by simple structure, low cost, reliable locking, improved ride comfort and higher protection for the occupants.
