摘要
结合换热器、氢气干燥器等系统的不同特点详细介绍了氦气检漏技术中真空检漏法、吸枪累积比对法、正压检漏法的工作原理及具体应用。通过对比论证方式,对各方法在灵敏度、辅助设备、安全性、工作效率等方面的优缺点进行解析。根据核电氦气检漏工作的开展情况,总结三种检漏方法的现场应用经验反馈,对后续氦气检漏工作的开展具有一定的指导意义。
Considering the characteristics and difference of different systems, such as heat exchanger and hydrogen gas dryer, this paper introduced the principle and application of different helium leak detection technology named vacuum leak detection method, absorbing gun accumulation method and the positive pressure leak detection method. The advantages and disadvantages are analyzed for each method in leak detecting resolution, auxiliary equipments, security, efficiency and other aspects. According to the application of those helium leak detecting methods in the nuclear power plant, experiences of field application feedback were summarized, which will have certain guiding significance to the follow-up work on helium leak detection.
