摘要
通过对某型自动武器综合寿命试验数据的整理统计,分析了试验阶段该武器故障分布的主要特点,并对卡弹、空膛、卡壳和不抽壳四种典型故障进行了分析,提出了在生产加工过程严格把关以保证关键件的加工尺寸、积极进行定期检查维护、提高使用人员素质等减少典型故障发生的一些意见,可供论证、研制、生产、试验等单位参考。针对该武器出现的可靠性问题,新的改进型号在可靠性、勤务性、人机工效等方面做了很多改进。
Based on the comprehensive life test data statistics of a certain type of automatic weapon, the fault distribution of the main characteristic of the weapon test phase is analyzed, and the analysis to the cartridge, empty chamber, jam, and not extraction were carried on, and some opinions such as strict checks in the process of production to ensure the processing size of the key parts, and regular inspection and maintenance actively, improvement of the quality of personnel and so on to reduce some of the typical failure occurrence, which could be referenced by demonstration, research, production, testing companies. In order to improve reliability of the weapon, new models were improved in reliability, service, and ergonomics.
