摘要
目的构建家长对肥胖儿童营养认知影响因素的结构方程模型,并探讨其直接效应与间接效应。方法于2014年5至7月采用随机方式选取泉州地区3家医院门诊就医肥胖儿童（4~6岁）的家长共258名进行营养认知问卷调查,对调查数据进行结构方程模型的估计及结构方程模型拟合。结果结构方程模型的拟合较好;家长的营养知识对肥胖儿童饮食行为的直接效应为0.2278,间接效应为0.1287,总效应为0.3065;而家长的营养态度对肥胖儿童饮食行为改变的效果为0.2719。结论结构方程模型能较好评价家长的营养知识、营养态度及对肥胖儿童饮食行为的影响情况,可作为评估家长掌握肥胖儿童营养认知状况的理论依据。
Objectives To construct structural equation model for influencing factors of parents＇ nutrition awareness on obese children and to explore its direct and indirect effects. Methods From May to July in 2014 totally 258 parents of obese children（ aged 4- 6 years old）were randomly selected from 3 hospitals in Quanzhou area for nutritional awareness questionnaire. Survey data was estimated with structural equation model and fit in structural equation model. Results Fitting structural equation model was rather good. The direct effect,indirect effect and total effect of parents ＇ nutritional knowledge on eating behavior of obese children was 0. 2278,0. 1287 and 0. 3065,respectively. The efficacy of parents＇ nutrition attitudes towards change of eating behavior of obese children was 0. 2719. Conclusion Structural equation modeling can well evaluate the influence of parents ＇ nutritional knowledge and nutrition attitudes towards dietary behavior of obese children,which can be taken as theoretical basis for mastering parents＇ cognition on nutritional status of obese children.
