摘要
组织变革的成功离不开组织成员的认同和积极参与,不同参与者的态度和行为直接影响组织变革目标的实现。根据变革参与者态度和行为的不同,学校变革内部参与者可分为领着干的、帮着干的、跟着干的、看着干的和对着干的五种类型。以G中学教学改革为个案,考察不同类型参与者在学校组织变革情境中的具体表现以及影响,激发变革参与者积极参与变革应从人性关照、深入感受、激励考核三个方面入手。
The success of school organizational revolution depends on the recognition and active participation of the members. The attitude and behavior of different participants directly influence the realization of the goal of school organizational revolution. According to the differences in attitude and behavior, the internal participants of school orga- nizational revolution can be divided into the following five types: leaders, assistants, followers, bystanders and con- trarians. Taking the teaching reform of G Middle School as an individual case, based on the concrete behavior and in- fluence of different types of participants, this article proposes the strategies to inspire participants to take an active part in the revolution from the aspects of humanity care, deep feeling and incentive assessment.
