摘要 教师的人生价值是教师作为"经济人"和"道德人"所追求的自我价值与社会价值的组合。在我国的计划经济体制下,教师遵从国家和社会安排,以实现社会价值的最大化为主要目标。随着社会的转型,社会逐渐认可了教师追求自我价值的合理性,但是如何平衡"自我价值"和"社会价值"的关系问题,成为新时期教师在工作和生活中所面临的人生难题。根据经济学相关理论的分析,教师在实现人生价值最大化的过程中,不仅应该注重作为"经济人"实现自我价值,更要努力实现其作为"道德人"所追求的社会价值,最终实现两种价值的协调统一。 Teachers' values of lifes are the unity of the self-values and social values as they are the "Economic Persons" and "Moral Persons" respectively. During the period of planned economic system, chinese teachers observed the national and social regulations seriously, and considered the maximization of their social values as the personal purpose. With social transformation, society has accepted the rationality of teachers' self-values gradually. However, in the new age teachers have to solve the problem about how to balance the self-values and social values. From the view of economics, we can find a way for teachers to maximize the values of life: teachers should focus on the realization of self-values as a "Economic Persons" as well as the pursuit of greater social values as a "Moral Persons", fulfilling the coordination of two values finally.
