心脏彩超应用于高血压性心脏病诊断的准确性分析

Accuracy Analysis Of Color Doppler Ultrasound In the Diagnosis of Hypertensive Heart Disease

目的:分析心脏彩超应用于高血压性心脏病诊断的准确性。材料与方法:收集我院于2014年2月至2016年3月期间收治的62例被确诊患有高血压性心脏病的患者为研究对象,患者均进行心电图与心脏彩超检查,检查结果与临床资料进行回顾性对比分析。结果:心脏彩超检查诊断高血压性心脏病的准确率明显高于用心电图检查诊断高血压性心脏病的准确率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压性心脏病患者采用心脏彩超检查准确率较心电图高,具较高特异性及临床价值,可作为高血压性心脏病检查首选方式。

Purpose： To analyze the accuracy of echocardiography used in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Materials and Methods： From February 2014 to March 2016,62 cases of hypertensive heart disease patients as the research object,all patients were diagnosed by ECG examination and color Doppler ultrasound,Using comparative analysis to the test result and the clinical examination. Results： The diagnostic accuracy of echocardiography hypertensive heart disease was significantly higher than with the accuracy of ECG diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Hypertensive heart disease using echocardiography ECG accuracy rate than the tall,with high specificity and clinical value as the preferred way of checking hypertensive heart disease.
