输尿管软镜碎石术与微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效对比研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨输尿管软镜碎石术与微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。方法通过对2013年7月至2015年11月在我院治疗的110例输尿管上段结石患者进行随机分组,实验组患者应用输尿管软镜碎石术治疗,对照组患者实施微创经皮肾镜碎石术治疗,观察比较两组患者手术时间、出血量、住院时间、VAS疼痛评分差异。结果实验组患者手术时间和住院时间同对照组比较明显缩短,出血量和术后VAS疼痛评分均明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对输尿管上段结石患者采用输尿管软镜碎石术治疗可提高治疗效果,缩短住院时间和手术时间,缓解患者疼痛,具有安全性高、疗效显著等特点,临床值得推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy and minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods In July 2013 to November 2015,the 110 cases of ureteral calculi were treated in our hospital segment on randomized,patients in the experimental group Soft ureteral lithotripsy treatment,the control group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy treatment,the two groups were observed and compared operative time,blood loss,hospital stay,VAS pain score differences. Results The experimental group patients surgery and hospital stay was significantly shorter with the control group,the amount of bleeding and postoperative VAS pain scores were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion For patients with ureteral calculi on section with flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy treatment can improve the therapeutic effect,shorter hospital stays and operation time,relieve pain in patients with safe,effective and notable features,worthy of clinical application.
