摘要 目的探讨维持性血液透析患者(MHD)运动、睡眠与生活质量现状及其相关性,为患者实施居家护理干预提供参考依据。方法采用便利抽样法选取2015年7月至9月,在武警宁夏总队医院行规律血液透析的患者155例,采用运动感知自评量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和简明健康状况量表(SF-36)进行问卷调查。结果 47.2%的患者能坚持规律运动,76.8%的患者运动知识相对缺乏,89.4%的患者有强烈的运动知识需求,89.4%的患者存在睡眠障碍。患者的运动与生活质量呈正相关(r=0.216,P<0.05),睡眠与生活质量呈正相关(r=-0.350,P<0.05)。结论 MHD患者运动、睡眠和生活质量总体状况较差,医护人员应加大运动知识的宣传力度,制定个体化的运动方案,并采取有效措施缓解患者的睡眠障碍,从而提高患者的生活质量。 Objective To explore the current situation and correlation of exercise、sleeping and quality of life among maintenance hemodialysis patients in order to provide evidence to community family nursing.Methods 155 maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected with convenience sampling method from Armed police corps hospital in Ningxia and investigated with the exercise perception self-assessment scale、Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and the medical outcome study 36-item short form health survey(SF-36).Results 47.2% patients could insist on regular exercise,76.8% patients lacked of exercise knowledge,89.4% patients had strong need to exercise. 89.4% patients owned sleep disorder problem. Exercise(r=0.216,P0.05)and sleep(r =-0.350,P 0.05) had positive correlation with quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Conclusion Overall condition of exercise、sleep and quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients were relatively poor,clinical and community care workers should reinforce health education intensify,develop individualized exercise program and take effective measures to alleviate sleep disorders thus enhance the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients eventually.
