某三甲医院住院患者质子泵抑制剂合理使用情况分析

Reasonable Utilization of Proton Pump Inhibitors for Inpatients of a First-class Hospital

目的:了解某三甲医院住院患者质子泵抑制剂使用情况,为该院质子泵抑制剂的使用管理及合理应用提供依据。方法:从医院信息管理系统中随机抽取某三甲医院2015年10-12月全部临床科室出院患者病历870份,其中使用质子泵抑制剂的病历为331份,填写质子泵抑制剂应用情况调查记录表,对其进行合理性评价。结果:该院住院患者质子泵抑制剂的使用率为38.05%(331/870),其中:预防用药占69.49%(230/331);根据合理性评价标准,合理用药率为59.52%(197/331);不合理用药主要体现在无指征用药,所占比例为30.51%(101/331)。结论:该院质子泵抑制剂的使用存在诸多不合理情况,主要为无指征用药。临床药师应实施有效的干预措施,避免质子泵抑制剂滥用,促进合理用药。

Objective： To understand the investigate situation of utitization of a proton pump inhibitors for patients of a first-class hospital, so as to provide the basis for reasonable application and hospital management. Methods： A total of 870 medical reords were randomly selected from the hospital information management system between October 2015 and December 2015. There were 331 medical records of the usage of proton pump inhibitors. Then, the information about the application of proton pump inhibitors was recorded and its rationality was evaluated. Results： The utilization rate of proton pump inhibitors for in patients of a hospital was 38.05%（331/870）, and the proportion of prophylaxis was 69.49%（230/331）; According to the rationality evaluation standard, rational drug use rate was 59.52%（197/331）; The most irrational drug use was the un-indication of medicine, accounting for 30.51%（101/331）. Conclusion： There are many unreasonable uses of proton pump inhibitors in the hospital, mainly for un-indication of medicine. Clinical pharmacists should implement effective intervention measures to avoid the abuse of proton pump inhibitors and promote the rational drug use.
