Design and Analysis of LED Chip Free Surface

摘要 基于能量守恒定理和光线折射Snell定理,通过Matlab编程计算出自由曲面透镜坐标点。借助Pro/Engineer软件和光学模拟软件Lighttools,模拟了自由曲面透镜的具体应用。本文针对LED芯片,实际设计了两种实例:LED点光源圆形光斑与矩形光斑的透镜设计,分析了不同光斑形状的透镜在设计时应注意的要点。 Based on the light refraction Snell theorem and the law of conservation of energy, the tree surface coordinates were calculated by Matlab. By using Pro/Engineer and Lighttools software, the concrete applications of free surface lens were simulated. This article presents the two designs of LED chips: circular light spot lens and rectangular light spot lens of LED point light source, and discusses the key points in designing lens for different forms of light spots.
