摘要
LED作为第4代照明光源,其技术目前已日渐成熟,但应用仍大量集中在中高端市场,未来趋势是LED照明产品逐渐走向大众市场,走进大众普通家庭。市场对于其稳定性和成本的要求也越来越高,LED模组和驱动部分走向标准化。散热结构的设计成了设计人员重点突破的方向,怎么样降低成本,提高灯具的稳定性成了LED照明突破市场的关键点。分析目前市场已成熟的散热技术,开发研究和设计出1种新的散热结构,旋压式套筒散热结构,解决了市场较为普遍的型材和压铸的成本高,重量重,使用效率低等问题。
The lighting, which is matured and enters into the fourth generation lighting called LED (light emitting diode) light technology, is indispensable in our life as well as very important for energy saving. Currently, the trend of LED lighting industry concentrates on low-income families market rather than high-end market, therefore, enterprises are forced to adopt high stability and low cost solutions to cope with market competition. The industrial standards for LED module and driver are in process and the researchers are trying to find a breakthrough point of the optimum heat transfer design. The low-cost and high performance has become a challenge for the market. This paper analyzes the popular heat transfer technology, and presents the optimum heat transfer by the chimney effect of the spinning structural design. This design solves the shortcomings, such as high cost, heavy weight and low efficiency etc. of aluminum processing method which is widely used at present.
