小剂量阿司匹林联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平的影响

Effect of low dose aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate on the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

目的探讨小剂量阿司匹林联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)患者对其血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的影响。方法依循随机分配原则将200例HDIP患者分为对照组和观察组,前者单用硫酸镁药物治疗,后者于前者治疗基础上加服小剂量阿司匹林。比较两者治疗前后血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平变化情况及血黏度、血细胞压积、脐血流收缩期最大血流速度/舒张末期最小血流速度比值(S/D值)、脐动脉血流阻力指数(RI)值变化情况。结果药物治疗后,两组各项观察指标水平均存在一定幅度的变化,但观察组各项观察指标变化水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量阿司匹林联合硫酸镁治疗,可调节患者炎性细胞分子紊乱状态,缓解临床不良体征和症状,疗效显著,具临床推广意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of low dose aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate on the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy （HDCP）. Methods Adherence to the principle of random assignment, 200 cases of HDCP were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was only given magnesium sulfate, and the observation group was given low-dose aspirin in addition. The changes of serum TNF-α, IL-6,IL-10 levels and blood viscosity, blood cell pressure, umbilical cord blood flow S/D and RI values were compared before and after treatment. Results After the drug treatment, the observed indexes levels were changed in a certain extent, but the levels of the changes of the indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Low dose aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate in treatment of HDCP patients can regulate the patients with inflammatory cell molecular disorder state and relieve clinical symptoms and signs; the curative effect is significant and worthy of promotion.
