丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑血栓的应用价值

Effect of salvia tetramethylpyrazine injection on treating cerebral thrombosis

目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗脑血栓的临床效果及应用价值。方法选取2012年7月至2014年7月收治的80例脑血栓患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组进行丹参川穹嗪注射液治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后2周椎动脉、基底动脉指数均较治疗前显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组两指标上升幅度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组(85.00%,P<0.05)。结论中药丹参川穹嗪具有良好的抗凝作用,能很好地抗缺氧缺血性脑损伤,抑制血小板凝集,疗效确切,且不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of salvia tetramethylpyrazine injection on treating cerebral thrombosis. Methods From July 2012 to July 2014, 80 cases of cerebral thrombosis were selected as research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, the patients in the observation group were given salvia tetramethylpyrazine injection, and the patients in the control group received conventional treatment. The clinical effects and adverse events of the two groups were compared. Results After two weeks of treatment, VA, BA indexes increased significantly compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The two indexes increased more in the observation group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate in the observation group was 95. 00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （85. 00%, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Salvia tetramethylpyrazine has good anticoagulant effect, it can resist anti hypoxic ischemic brain damage welt, inhibit platelet aggregation, the effect is significant with small adverse reaction, so is worthy of clinical application.
