朱子国家治理思想及其现代价值研究

The Research on the Governance Ideas of Zhu Xi and Its Modern Values

朱子国家治理思想就其逻辑结构而言具有三重维度:一是在价值基础层面,二是在制度设计层面,三是在政治实践层面。本文即从此三重维度展开分析,对朱子的国家治理思想进行整体性的研究,并提出其治理想的内容对于当下中国的国家治理而言,有着重大的借鉴意义。

The governance ideas of Zhu Xi has three dimensions in terms of its logic structure.First,in the value basis level,Zhu Xi integrated the＂principle＂as natural law and destiny that elucidated by Confucians of Han and Tang dynasties and the ＂arguments＂that issues from people being aware of moral consciousness destiny which emphasized by Confucians of Song dynasty.He changed the legitimacy basis which is the basis of Confucians governance the country from the external rules and regulations of authority into the individual moral consciousness.Second,in the system design level,Zhu Xi reflected on the political system of Song dynasty based on the ＂Li＂which integrated by himself as the basis of metaphysics.Then he designed the system under the meaning of the＂the co-governance＂on this basis.Third,in the political practice level,by explain the relationship between the＂rationale＂and＂special＂,Zhu Xi unlocked the gap of the Neo-Confucianism’s inner moral consciousness and the outer political practices,and recovered the ethical and political function of Confucianism that can rectify the order of the human heart and the social and political order.Consequently,the Confucian produced the political initiative that is＂on the basis of the Confucianism＂.Analyzes from three dimensions,this article study on the whole Zhu Xi’s thoughts and highlight its contemporary political value.
