经导管主动脉瓣置入术治疗海德综合征一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女,76岁.因＂反复便血1周＂入我院消化内科;入院体检：体温36.7℃,脉搏97次/min,呼吸22次/min,血压95/65 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133 kPa）.贫血貌,双肺呼吸音清,未闻及干湿啰音;心界向左侧扩大,主动脉瓣第一听诊区闻及4/6级收缩期喷射性杂音,并向颈部传导;腹软,肝脾不大,无压痛及反跳痛,双下肢无水肿.
