摘要
采用CO_2超临界萃取技术对山楂核中黄铜的提取工艺进行了研究。实验结果表明:每50 g原料加入75%乙醇75 m L,萃取时间为90 min,萃取温度为40℃,萃取压力为25 MPa,黄酮提取率为3.308%。
The extraction of flavonoid from hawthorn seed by supercritical CO2 extraction technology was studied. The results show that, when the ethanol concentration is 75%, extraction time is 90 min, extraction temperature is 40℃, extraction pressure is 25 MPa and entrainer dosage is 75 mL per 50 g raw material, the extraction of flavonoid can reach to 3.308%.
