摘要
厌氧氨氧化过程的基质是氨氮和NO_2^--N,对于许多微生物而言,NO_2^-是有毒害作用的。据国内外研究结果显示,NO_2^--N和氨氮的浓度过高,均会对厌氧氨氧化过程产生抑制。因此本文通过试验对亚硝态氮对厌氧氨氧化反应的抑制及恢复进行研究。
The substrate of anaerobic ammonium oxidation process is ammonia nitrogen and NO2^--N.For many organisms, NO2^- is toxic. According to the research results at home and abroad, high concentration of NO2^--N and ammonia nitrogen can inhibit the anaerobic ammonium oxidation process. In this paper, inhibition effect of nitrite nitrogen on the anaerobic ammonium oxidation reaction was studied by experiments, and recovery measures were out.
