摘要
玻璃钢储罐因基础沉降而发生倾斜,为保证其安全运行,采用ANSYS的非线性功能进行有限元计算,得到在不同方向储罐的变形和应变值,采用ASME规范中关于玻璃钢容器的失效准则进行安全分析,为储罐的安全运行提供可靠的依据。
The glass steel storage tank inclined because of the foundation settlement, nonlinear function of ANSYS was used to carry out the finite element calculation in order to ensure safe operation of the glass steel storage tank. The deformation and strain of the tank were obtained in different directions. Based on the failure principles of glass steel container in ASME specification, its safety analysis was carried out, which could a reliable basis for safe operation of the storage tank.
