为解决靖边油田长期开采过程中出现的频繁卡泵现象,保证油井正常运行,引入了多功能抽油泵保护装置,该装置能有效阻止了泵筒和柱塞的卡泵现象,提高了泵的工作寿命,延长检泵周期。在靖边油田对100口油井进行了安装作业,安装后检泵周期普遍增加100天以上。

To solve frequent pump blockage problem in long-term production process of Jingbian oil field to ensure the normal operation of oil wells, the multi-function pump protection device has been introduced, the device can effectively prevent the pump blockage problem to improve the life of the pump and extend pump detection period. After the multi-function pump protection devices were installed in 100 wells of Jingbian oil field, the pump inspection cycle was generally increased by more than 100 days.
