油料作为国家生存和发展不可或缺的战略资源,对保障国家经济和社会发展以及国防安全有着不可估量的作用。油料本身具有易燃、易爆、易流失等特性,若管理不善、防护不好,则容易发生火灾事故。对火灾发生后油库火灾燃烧爆炸特点、过程和类型等进行深入分析,掌握变化机制,可为制定高效安全的消防扑救措施、减少人员伤亡以及降低财产损失提供一定的理论科学依据。

Oil as an indispensable strategic resource for the survival and development of country, plays an immeasurable role in ensuring the national economy and social development and the security of national defense. Oil itself has the characteristics, such as inflammable, explosive, vulnerable and so on. If the management is not good, fire accident is likely to happen. In this paper, characteristics, process and types of combustion explosion in the oil depot fire were analyzed, the change mechanism was discussed, which could provide certain theoretical science basis to develop effective safety measures of fire fighting and rescue.
