摘要
针对电子元器件表面贴装质量检测的需求,采用机器视觉系统采集表面贴装产品图像,并将生产过程的贴装图像数据建立大数据样本库。在对新的电子元器件表面贴装加工进行检测时,通过机器学习提取贴装图像的多种特征,并与大数据样本库进行比对,以识别可能的贴装缺陷。该研究对提高表面贴装质量检测效率具有积极的作用。
To inspect the surface mounting quality of electronic components, produce images were captured by a machine vision system. The image data collected from manufacturing processes were employed to build a big database. When checking the surface mounting quality of new components, multiple features of the images were extracted for comparison with the big database. In this way, mounting faults may be detected automatically. The present research play a positive influence for the quality inspection of the surface mounting.
