摘要
对超(超)临界机组奥氏体钢锅炉管内壁氧化物的形成、结构及脱落原因进行了分析,对适用于奥氏体钢锅炉管内部氧化物堆积量检测的磁性检测设备、检测方法进行了阐述,介绍了一种适用于电站锅炉奥氏体耐热钢锅炉管内部氧化物堆积量的检测方法,并讨论了该方法用于奥氏体钢锅炉管内部氧化物堆积量检测的一些注意事项。结果表明磁性检测用于奥氏体钢锅炉管内部氧化物堆积量检测较之射线检测更高效,但射线检测在检测结果准确性方面是前者的有益补充。
In this paper, the formation, structure and exfoliation of oxide scale on the inner surface of austenitic alloy-steel tubes for supercritical (ultra-super critical) boiler are analyzed. Magnetometer device and testing methods are recommended, and suggestions about magnetic testing are put forward. Magnetic testing methods suitable for oxide scale stacking of austenitic alloy-steel tubes for supercritical (ultra-super critical) boiler are discussed. The results show that, relative to the X-ray testing, magnetic testing of oxide scale stacking in the austenitic alloy-steel tubes is more efficiently. However, X-ray testing would be something which complemented the latter when necessary in terms of measuring accuracy.
