摘要
对于常见的组焊铝制压力容器,标准都规定了铝材状态的使用。而铝材使用状态的限制,主要是源于材料经过焊接而受到的影响,焊接热使母材在热影响区强度下降,由此规定了铝材使用状态的许用应力值,以确保设备的安全可靠。那么,对于一些工程实际运用的节能环保设备,即免焊铝制容器,避免了焊接,是否可使用其他状态的许用应力值。通过对铝材使用状态的探讨及免焊铝制容器的强度设计分析,充分说明铝材材料状态的使用,可根据实际使用情况,选用不同材料状态的许用应力值。
For common compound aluminum pressure vessel, use of aluminum state is set standardly. After materials is welding, it affects the limit of aluminum' s using state, welding heat makes strength decline of base metal in the heat affected zone, which sets the allowable stress values of aluminum using state and making sure the equipment safe. So, as for some energy conservation and environmental protection equipment without welding in engineering practical application, can they use allowable stress of other state. By analyzing the using state of aluminum and intcnsity design of non-welded vessels, showing how aluminum materials state works, wecan slect allowable stress value in different states according to actual situation.
