摘要
研究了电工钢板材斜刃横剪剪切力特性,首先分析了电工钢斜刃横剪分切过程的剪切力理论计算公式,基于横剪机搭建了斜刃横剪剪切力测量系统,采用三向测力仪实验测取了斜刃剪剪切电工钢过程的三向剪切力,分析了上下刀侧向间隙和板材厚度对剪切力的影响,比较了Z向剪切力与实验值与理论计算值,理论计算值较小但规律是一致的。
The characteristics of oblique guillotining force of electrical steel was studied in this paper, analyzed the inclined blade transverse shear shearing force calculation formula of the cutting process, and the measuring system of shear force was set based on transverse shearing machine, three-way shear force of shearing electrical steel process was measured by adopting a three-way dynamometer test, analyzed the influence of knife clearance and plate thickness on the shear force, compared the Z-axis to the shear force with the experimental value with the theoretical calculation, and found that the theoretical calculation value is small but the rule is coincident among different thickness electrical steel sheet.
