Quality Problem Analysis of Horizontal Spiral Discharge Settling Centrifuge

某企业一台卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机故障不断,离心机转鼓内有严重的沙孔、缩孔等铸造缺陷,转鼓法兰连接螺栓存在缺陷,锈蚀较为严重,部分已折断缺失,存在严重的质量问题。对离心机的质量问题进行了鉴定,鉴定结果表明,离心机转鼓及法兰连接螺栓制造过程存在严重的质量缺陷,容易造成转鼓体开裂甚至解体飞出,造成危险,容易引发生产安全事故。

A horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge has malfunctioned in an enterprise, there are casting defects such as serious sand hole, shrinkage cavity in the centrifuge drum. Deficiency is existing at the flange connection bolts in the drum, corrosion is relatively serious, some are snapped and missed, there is serious quality problem. Entrusted by the court, the quality identification team had conducted quality problem analysis of the centrifuge. The results show that there are serious quality defects during manufacturing process of centrifuge drum and flange connection bolts. It＇s easy to induce cracking and even disintegrating of the drum body, induce dangerous, and likely to induce a production safety accident.
