摘要 采用理论结合实际的方法,研究了KYZ2650浮选柱筒体的工业制作埋弧焊接工艺,此工艺能有效保证KYZ2650浮选柱筒体的相关技术要求(椭圆度,连接法兰平面度等),解决了细长筒体连接法兰的焊接难题,提高了劳动效率和产品质量。 In this paper, industrial manufacture SAW process of flotation column were studied by theory combined with the practical. This processes could control the key technical requirements of flotation column and connection flange, such as ellipticity, connecting flange flatness, etc.. Meanwhile, the welding problems of slender barrel connection flange have been solved, and then the labor efficiency and product quality were improved.
