摘要
基于《室外排水设计规范》(GB50014-2006)(2014年版)明确要求,现行苏州市中心城区暴雨强度公式编制过程中重现期采用的年多个样法不符合规范要求。对现行暴雨强度公式进行了明确的评估,分析对比了年多个样法与年最大值法两种不同重现期下暴雨强度公式的差别,得出如下结论:现行暴雨强度公式偏安全,能够完全满足现行最新室外排水设计规范要求。
Based on the clear requirements of Design Code for Outdoor Drainage(GB50014-2006)(2014),in the process of compiling the rainstorm intensity formula of the central city of Suzhou, the multiple sample method of the return period does not conform to the requirements of the specification. This paper specifically evaluates the rainstorm intensity formula, analyzes and compares the difference of the rainstorm intensity formula in two different return periods of the multiple sample method and the annual maximum value method.The conclusion shows that the current rainstorm intensity formula is partially safe, and can completely meet the latest outdoor drainage design specification and requirements.
