The bridge engineering is an important component of Infrastructure in China. The budget cost management is an important component of bridge construction. Therefore, it is required to scientifically compile the engineering cost of bridge and to reasonably distribute the resources involved in the construction,which has an important role to ensure the rationality of bridge engineering construction. From a practical point of view, the high speed development of science and technology makes many new materials and new technologies appearing in the bridge design so as to lead to a lot of difficulties in the construction cost calculation and budget compilation of bridge. Therefore, it is required to discuss this problem.
